Australia is the driest continent on our planet so it's no wonder we often hear of water being refered to as liquid gold. We were prompted to design our machine due to the poor quality of bin cleaning outfits on the market. Most bin cleaning companies have to dispose of their water daily and use high pressure water guns, which waste water due to over spray or mist effect. We have developed a fully enclosed system that overcomes both of these down falls. Clearwater Wheelie Cleening have designed and built the only filtration unit in the global bin cleaning market that allows the continued use of the same water for up to two months. We are proud of our development and the positive effect it has on our environment. |

Our system can be devided into two sections the cleaning machine and the water recycling system. Each section is unique in its construction and pivotal to the environmentally friendly process.
The Machine
Our machine is the first fully enclosed automated bin cleaning plant in the world, allowing us to capture 59.9 litres of the 60 litres used in the bin cleaning process. Cleaning bins in less than a minute each means more bins per hour resulting in competative prices for our consumers. The entire cleaning procedure is controlled by pushing a series of buttons from outside the trailer. This means no need to dress up in full wet weather gear like operators of other systems are required to do. We have designed the system to be extremely durable due to its construction, consisting of 316 grade stainless steel and some alloy components makes it a quality investment for your bin cleaning business. NEW BUDGET VERSION FOR 2008 NOW AVALIABLE We are pleased to announce that we have now built and designed a low cost budget version of our flag ship machine. The new machines will be half the cost of our fully automated versions with many of the same fetures.
The Water Recycling System
Clearwater Wheelie Cleaning are setting new benchmarks in the bin cleaning industry with the development of the worlds most advanced recycling system ever used. Our system filters its water to an amazing 3 microns. This is cleaner than the average Australian swimming pool, which is normally filtered to 15 microns. First the water goes through a series of filter pads, removing dirt and debris before entering the holding tank. The water is then pumped though a high pressure filtration system to remove the smallest particles to achieve the 3 micron standard. This water is now clean but not bacteria free. Most bin cleaning companies will now add chemicals to kill bacteria in the water. WE DO NOT USE CHEMICALS TO KILL BACTERIA IN OUR WATER. The final process is to pass the water through a system designed to kill the bacteria with the use of O-zone gas before returning it to the working tank ready to use again. In January 2008 we installed our recycling system in a dog wash studio and after 500 dogs were washed our water was still classified as sutiable for drinking. This has now launched Cleawater into a new venture of Clearwater Recycling systems and we are now instaling in house water recycling systems all over Australia.
Commercial machines
In 2008 Clearwater wheelie cleaning produced its first ever commercial twin wash bin cleaning plant for a government department. The plant was designed to wash 2 bins at one time with the supply of its own recycled water.
Since then CLEARWTER has taken more orders from some of Australias largest companies. Our machines can be modified to fit into any space you may have in your building. And once you have the machine installed watch your dollars grow and your staff smile. Not only can our machines clean your bins they can also be used to clean other items you may have on site. No longer will you have to pay messy contractors.
Our commercial plants weight 1700 kg and are 3.5 metres long and 2 metres wide + 2.4 Metres high. The wash module is 316 s/s and is safe for any one to use due to the electronic control system.
Twin wash mobile Machine
In 2008 Clearwater delievered its first ever twin wash mobile machine to Mildura In country Victoria. The MACHINE has the same recycling features of the original Clearwater machines and a few extra recycling features. The wash module is 316 s/s and is built to last.
The twin wash modle is the future in mobile bin cleaning. With our patent approved you can be assure that your investment is protected form copies. |
